PONSONBY SCHOOL SPORTS.

The Ponsonby School Sportp (postponed from tho day before Good Friday) wero hold on the Domain Cricket, (iround yesterday. Between eight and nino hundred children wero present, besides a large number of parents and friends. T!io races wero run under tho direction of Mr V>. Bailey (headmaster) and the teachers of tho school, and passed off moat successfully. Tho boys that most distinguished themselves wore Lloyd Keals, who won the Championship, Ladies' Bracelet, and High .Jump ; IT. Ross, first in tho Milo Walk and the Quarter ; and Norman Main, who ran second in three races and third in a fourth. Tho raced resulted us follows :—
