SCHOOL COMMITTEE ELECTIONS.
Pataroa.— The annual meeting; of house' holders was held on April 25th, Mr 0. C. flames in the chair. The accounts showed a credit balance of £10. Tho following Commifctoo was elected :—Meeers G. Skelton, 1. F. f J errand, G. Cliff, J. B, Arioll, VV. Ooodall, It. Hamoß, A. A. Moycr.-. Mr Bkolton was elected Chairman, and Mr (JoiT.ind Secretary and Treasurer.
Park KunsT.—The retiring Committee was re-elected, viz. : Messrs .James A. MoMahon, Daniel Jas. McEivun, Thos. Frank Evans, Richard Bridges Craven, John iylcNftiighton. Entire Katisfaction was exares&ed with Miss Howurd, the teacher, and retrret was expressed because of her removal.
Albany (Lucas Crock).—A favourable report was prosentod and tho school fund showed a credit balance of £3 14s 3d ; liabilities, £6 0s 10d. Miss Cameron had been removed from Long Bay School ut hoi , wish ; UUn R. Tisdall, nppoinbed in her placo, {riviu;; general patiefuction. It was resolved thai, a lottor of condolence bo sent to Miss Tisdall on tho death of her father, tho lato Major Tisdall. A hearty voto of thanks was accorded to Mios MeKeo, toucher of Lijc.ib Crook School, for tho faithful work done by her. Tho following Committee was elected :—Tho«. J. Calder, Chairman ; (.'apt. A.
