THE ELECTORAL BILL.
(BY TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.)
Wellington, thia day. The Electoral Bill drafted by the Government contains similar provisions to.last year's Bill as it stood whon introduced into the Legislative Council, and it is proposed to add a clause to class commercial travollors and shearers on the same footing respecting the franchise. The principle of one mnn one vote will be rigidly adhered to, and no person will be allowed to be on more than one electoral roll.
