A LOAN COMPANY WITH DRAWING.

Wellington, this day. The "Time 3" states that a large Loan Company connected with the Argentine Republic, as well as with this colony, have given instructions to their agent here to call in their mortgages on the expiry of the terms, with the intention of retiring from the colony and throwing in their lot with the Argentine.
