Edward Hammond v. Henry Clarke.— Claim, 18s.—Defendant did not appear, and was ordered to pay the amount claimed within seven days. undefended cases. Thomas Hirst v. Mrs Carlaw.— Claim, £12 13s 4d. The amounb was disputed, and judgment was given for £2 53 6d.
