The stewards of the Wellington Racing Club held a meebing lasb nighb, ab wdiich ib was decided to charge tho public only 10 per cont. on the totalisator investments in future, bub as bhis year's programmes were based on the 11 ?, per cent., the alteration wiil not come into force until after the Steeplechase mooting.
