SUPREME COURT-YESTERDAY.

At the Supreme Court to-day probate was granted in tho wills of James W, Darroch, Peter Ratclifl'e, John F. Saunders, Julius Hansen, Michael Krippner, Richard J. Thompson,NicholasPhillips.HughH.Brown, William Finlay. Letters of administration were granted to executors in the wills of Samuel Brown, Hemi Taurangi, David F. Panther, George Pou, John Warren, Mary E. Gribbell, Cornelius Hansen. In JBoylan v. Bloxsome a charging order nisi was ordered to be issued against tho General Government, and in Bayldon v. Meyers,a charging order nisi of October sth, 1891, was«madeabsoteite. Bridget Espagne was appointed trustee in place of Wm. J. Furlong, and an order was made vesting estate in her. General powers of leasing were granted to Emily Webb, under the Settled Estates Act, 1865. In the estate of Joseph Walter Stocks (deceased) leave was given to sell real estate.—Other matters of k>3B importance wero also disposed of.
