THE KINGS WELL CASE.

Wellington, this day. Argument in the case of Edward C. Kingswell, tea merchant, of Greymouth, who was boirig taker, from tfie Thames to Greymouth, to answer a charge of committing a breach of the Bankruptcy Act, by evading the jurisdiction of the Bankruptcy Court, was heard in chambers this morning;. The Chief Justice ordered the release of the prisoner, on the ground that the warrant was defective.
