AN OLD SETTLER MISSING.
Inspector Bkoiiam has received a telegram from tho constable stationed at W hangarei stating that a very old settler named Robert Ryburn, aged 82, strayed away from his home yesterday morning and had been traced to Maungakaramea, 14 miles from Whangarei, Search parties were out all day, but up to the time the telegram wae despatched this morning the old man had not been found. It is stated Ryburn was slightly deranged in his mind.
