RECONSTRUCTING THE GO VERNMENT.
Buenos Ayres, October 19.
General Roca, Minister of the Interior, who resigned consequent upon a split in the Cabinet of the Republic, is retiring from political life, and has departed for Europe.
The Senate has passed a vote of censure on Dr. Carlos Pellegrini, President of the Republic, for requesting General Mitre not to offer himself as a candidate for the Presidency.
The Cabinet of the Republicds being reconstructed.
Another popular outbreak is feared, in consequence of which the Argentine Republic stocks are falling.
