BALMACEDA'S DEATH.
SUICIDE CONFIRMED.
Pabis, October 19. The Chilian correspondent of "La Temps" confirms the report of Balmaceda's suicide, the deed being committed on September 19th in the Argentine Legation by shooting himself through the eye with a revolver. The representatives of the Foreign Powers in Valparaiso were informed of his death, and his interment took place in secret.
