IN* tho House of Ar--_er-,ibly, Sir Bryan O'Lofj'ulen pressed the Govcrumeut to raide a loan for a progressive railway policy, and advocated obtaining lour or live millions as an instalment of twenty millions, ;_,ivinp. 4 per cent., if necessary. The Premier admitted it was necessary to take power this session to borrow.
