May Qqeen.—Crushing is proceeding as usual with ten head of stamps, and it is not intended to increase the number. There is no change in tbe mine. Tho owners of the Gem and Monowai, Nos. 1 and 2 mines at Waiomo, state thab they intend erecting a plant ab a cost of £1,500. Tho road is consequently to be at onco repaired by the County Council.
