Wanganui, this day. The case apainsb Mrs Peyman for the alleged murder of Emily Kate Spicer through the performance of an operation to procure abortion, occupied the Supreme Courb all this morning, and ie expected to continue to-morrow. Mr Fitzherbert appears for the Crow-n and Mr David Hogg fer the prisoner. The examination in chief was a recapitulation.of the evidence adduced at the coronial inquiry.
