STANLEY GOLDMINING COMPANY.
A gkxeralj meeting of the shareholder! o the Stanley and Gordon Companies.eituated at the Thames, was held this afternoon at Mr J. M. Chamber's office, Queenstreet. It was decided to re-form the Companies under the name of the Waitemnta Goldmining Company, Messrs J. Howard, D. McLean, J. Enrieau, W. Mowbray and T. Stephens were appointed directors, and Mr J. Chambers legal manager.
