AFFAIRS IN IRELAND.
THE POPE'S ADVICE,
Lokdon, March 25. The Pope in the course of an interview with the Archbishop of Dublin, advised the Irish clergy to maintain their opposition to Parnell. Parnell declines MrHealy's challenge to resign on the ground that he fears his opponent is intending to circumvent him by underhand means.
