FEDERAL CONVENTION.
MR MUNRO'S OPINION.
Melbourne, this day. The Hon. Mr Munro, one of the delegates to the Federal Conference, has returned in connection with the death of Mr Langridge. He says the outlook for the Convention is gloomy. Ho believes thab the proposed Constitution is such as neither New South Wales nor Victoria can accept.
