PROCEEDINGS COMMENCE TOMORROW.
Dk. Yon Mirbacii, who with Sir Maurice O'Rorko constitutes the new Board ot Inquiry into the charges made by Probationer Arniboldi regarding the treatment of two patients at the Auckland Hospital, arrived from the South to-day by the s.s. Manapouri. Arrangements are now being made by the Commissioners with a view to commence the investigation at the new Custom-house buildings to-morrow morning. _^
