A meeting of shareholders in the Kuaotunu Goldrnining Company was hold thig morning in the office of Mr W. Young to elect five directors. The retiring directors, Messrs Shepherd, A. L. Wilson, G. Forster, A. Kidd, and W. Bailey, were re-elected. Mr Travers-Vale takes a benefib performance at the City Hall to-morrow night. The performance is" of a varied character, conprising comedettas by Mr and Mrs Arthur Vivian and others, eongs and various specialties.
