DIVORCE ACTION.
(BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.)
Dunedin, this day. In the Divorce Court, Nelly May cues Samuel John May for dissolution of marriage. The partiee were married at lovercargill in May, 1877, and resided here. They have three children. The grounds are adultery and cruelty. The averment of desertion was not sustainable. A decree nisi was granted with costs.
