COMPULSORY ARBITRATION BILL.
A letter in the "Times "this morning on the labour dispute, signed •' Arbitration," suggests thab bhe Chamber of Commerce should conier with the Maritime Council and Mr Millar as to the feasibility of the Government introducing ab once a Compulsory Ai bibration Bill,' before which all disputes which cannot otherwise be settled shall come, and whose decisions shall be binding.
