THE EIGHT HOURS' ARGUMENT.
The " Times " is of opinion that the verdict of the public is that) Mr Hyndnan, in his debate with Mr Bradlaugb, has failed to prove thab the eight hours' working day ought to be established by legislation, and has failed generally to meet the objections thrown out by the member for Northampton.
