Brisbane, this day. News has been received here that the steamer Changsha, 1,463 tons, of the China Steam Navigation Company's line, has met wibh a mishap on her up voyage from Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane to Hongkong. She left Sydney on July Bth for China. After passing through Torres Straits she rart ashore in a thick fog on a poinb of Ratfceray Island. Sho may float off comparatively uninjured if the weather continues tine. »
