London, July 23. The annual report of the British East African Company states that the growing prosperity under the Anglo-German agreement precludes the possibility of a recurrence of friction between Germans and the Britishers. It also announces thab a scheme for the construction of a railway from Alberb Nyanza to the coasb will shortly be submitted.
