Thames, this dayl TRBNTOK,—-The hangingwall lode in stope east of main crosscut has produced some strong blotches and colours of gold during the past week. Yesterday sever, pounds of picked stone were obtained from the underhand stope. This lode is about ten inches SAXW.—At the No. 4 ievel the drive (eastward upon the new reef has been extended. The reef is from 9 inches to one foot in thickness, and Bhowo colours of !'old. The fortnightly retorting resulted tt the return of 2660zs melted gold, the product of .395 loads of general dirt and 251b of picked stone.
