Oar Parliamentary reporter wires:—Mr W. P. Reeves intends to move an amendment to the Factories and Shops Bill, striking out the clause providing that the Bill Bhall only apply to cities and boroughs, altering the minimum number of employees to constitute a factory or workroom to three, defining a newspaper to provide for the appointment of an Inspector by Trades and Labour Councils, for separate rooms for males and females, striking oub the clause which provides that no boy under sixteen, or girl under eighteen, shall work as type-setters in offices longer than eight hours !daU y..
