THE LUBECK AT SYDNEY. Sydney, this day. The German mail steamer Lubeck has arrived hore from Samoa and Tonga. She reports thab in consequence of bhe non-ap-poinbmenb of bhe judicial officials under the .Samoan Treaty, agitators are sowing dissatisfaction amongsb bhe natives. Discontent is spreading. _ The Samoan natives are now divided inbo bhree political parties, those of Ring Malietoa, Mataafa and Tamasese. The religious party aro trying to persuade Mataafa thab his claim to the kingship of Samoa has not been properly considered, and that the recognition of Malietoaas sovereign of the islands is a slighb on him, afber his Bplendid service in securing independence for Samoa. The speedy appoinbmenb of the European officials in necessary bo counteract the mischief done by the .agitators.
