The prisoner's name was Goorgo Waters, and he pleaded guilty to the charge. Evidence was given by Constable Gordon. Messrs W. Duncan and W. Crowther, the presiding justices, sentenced tho accused to two months' imprisonment with hard labour. The prisoner was arrested late last nighb by Constable Matbison.
