LATE SHIPPING.
PASSENGERS FROM THE NORTH. The following passengers arrived this morning, early, by the coastal steamer Clansman, Captain Farquhar, from Mangonui, Whangaroa and Russell:—Dr. and Mrs Triaonell, Mr, Mrs and Miss Silva, Mesdames Hare. Anderson (2), Miss Williams, Rev. Hewlett, Messrs Thomas, J\ "Williams, Reid, Clarko, Marks, and 11 steerage. Tha Clansman brought as cargo i —233 sacks gum, 78 bales wool, 107 cases mullet, and 5 tons sundries. This foienoon the steamer went into the Auckland Graving Itock for her periodical overhaul.
Gretmouth, this day.—Tho four-masfced barque Mersey sailed this morning for Porb Pirie (S.A.), with 847 tons coke, and 212 tone coal.
