LOSS OF PORTMANTEAU.

Napier, this day. At tho R.M. Court this morning in bhe case Morton v. Union Shipping Company, judgment' was given for nlaintiff for £20, and costs £4 2s. This was a claim for £50 for loss of porbmanteau on tho passage from Lyttelton to Napier.
