MEETING OF CREDITORS.
A meeting of creditors in the bank* rupt estate of John Daly Hayes was held at 2.30 o'clock this afternoon in the office of the Official Assignee. There were present the debtor and the following solicitors : Messrs Stone, Clendon, Humphreys, Beale and S. Hesketh. The debtor, on behalf of his wife, offered £50 for the whole of tho estate at present unrealised. On the motion of Mr Clendon, seconded by Mr Humphreys, it was resolved that the offer of Mrs Hayes b6 accepted, on condition that the money be paid within 14 days.
