New Plymouth, this day. Judge Gillies has obtained permission to retain for a time the deed in dispute and other exhibits bearing Martin Pebrie's si-mature for the purpose of getting them photographed for scientific investigation, as ibis said he had taken a great interest in the case from a scientific point of view.
