Napier, this day. A meeting of the creditors of Banner and Liddle waa held to-day. The unsecured debts were shown to be £7,780 ; secured creditors, £13,818. Assets : Stock,£l,o93 ; book debts, £5,505 ; bills receivable, £9,103 ; plant, £537 ; property, £75. The deficiency is therefore £3,922. The meeting adjourned till May Bth.
