GENERAL BOULANGER.
SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS.
Lomdox, April 29. General Boulanger resides in Portland Place, adjoining the Chinese Embassy.
News is to hand from Paris that the Senate is in possession ot full proofs of a Boulangist plot against the Senate.. The Belgium railway officials assert that Boulanger's luggage, when he was fleeing from Paris, included several boxes of gold coins and silver plate, and jewellery.
