Plaintiff appeared in person. There was no appearance for the defence, and judgment was given for plaintiff with the amount claimed and costs 13s. An order was also made that defendant should give up possession of his house on or before next Wednesday. Fbedekick G. Clayton v. Chas. Goodwill.—This was a claim for £8 13s 6d, rent, alleged to be due.—Mr Clayton (Hes» keth and: Richmond) appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Clendon (Devore and Cooper) for the defence.—This case was previously heard oriFebruary 14th, when judgment was giveii for defendant, with costs £110s. An application for rehearing was granted, and the matter in dispute was gona into again to-day,;-
