A meeting of the members of the New Zealand iiitle Association was held lasti night as the Drill-shed, Capt. Kohn in the chair. Lieut. Haultain read a letter received yesterday from Capb. Sommerville asking him to take entiies from the Auckland representatives and make arrangements about passages to Blenheim, and other details. He informed the competitors that both the Union and Northern (Steamship Companies would carry passengers between the Manukau and Taranaki at single lares for return tickets, and that the former Company would give a return ticket between Wellington and Picton for 10s—one steamer leaving- Wellington on Friday, 15th, and another on Sunday, 17th. However, the cheapest way to get to Blenheim is to go to Taranaki, thence overland to Wanganui, leaving there on Friday night for Picton direct. The range is about 3 miles distantfrom Blenheim, and competitors can stay either in camp or town. Lieut. Haultain will receive entries up to Wednesday next at 8 p.m., and entry forma as well as any further information cau bo obtained from him.
