IN BANKRUPTCY.
(Before Mr H. C. Brewer, Registrar),
Re Henry Edward Woollams, Bankrupt. —Mr Hesketh moved that the costs of the bankrupt's solicitor be fixed. These' were allowed at £10 and £8 j.3s for outlay. Closing Bankruptcy.— On the motion of Mr Cave, the bankruptcy of Elizabeth Patterson wa3 declaoed closed.
Fixing Costs.—Mr Cave moved for an order fixing the amounts to be paid by the Official Assignee out of tho estate of Geo. Bishop (a bankrupt) to the solicitors for the debtor and Official Assignee respectively, and directing the payment of the amounts so allowed. The Official Assignee's solicitor was allowed £7 7s and disbursements. On similar applications the following orders were made:— re Arthur T. Eyre, Official Assignee's solicitor, allowed £12 12s and outlay; re Charles Gould, a bankrupt, debtor's solicitor, £10 and disbursements, Official Assignee's solicitor, £1010s and outlay ; re George Leahy, Official Assignee's solicitor, £7 7s and outlay; re Henry George Payne, debtor's solicitor, £7 7s and outlay, Official Assignee's solicitor, £8 8s and outlay.
