llAMff/roN, this day: A man named George Sheriff, well-known us a contractor's labourer and railway navvy in Auckland for many years, died suddenly at To Kirito o;i Monday ni^lifc. iic came homo from work and washed^sat down on the step and instantly fell hack dead without a struggle. It is supposed that death was the resale of hearfc disease. An inquest is to be held to-day.
