BANKRUPTCY.
Hanxah Asher.—An adjourned mooting of creditors of Hannah Asher was held afc tlio oHico of the Official Assignee this morning. There were present: The debtor, her husband, and her solicitor and tho following creditors : — Messrs Shera and Schischka, the petitioning creditors, and their solicitor Mr Haultain, Mr Kecsing, solicitor, on behalf of the bankrupt and her husband, stated thals his client was prepared to make an effort, with every prospect of success, to raise sufficient to pay oil the unsecured liability, provided time was given and some little concession made. After somo discussion it was resolved " That this meeting adjourn for one month, it being agreed that if within that time the debtor pay the petitioning creditors' claim up to date of judgment (£160) she will be released from the bankruptcy, and shall not be liable to pay any costs and expenses beyond her own solicitor's."
