HOME SECRETARY CENSURED.
London, November 14.
The press, commenting on tho resignation of Sir Charlea Warron, suggests that Mr Matthews, Home Secretary, should follow Biiib in favour of someone more capable oi' administering the Home Department. The report has been current that Mr Howard Vincent, member for Sheffield, had been offered the Commisßionershjp of Police, vacant by the resignation of Sir Charles Warren, but the report has beon declared to be untrue.
