A six-koomed house and grocer's shop occupied by Matilda Ramsey, Courtenoy Place, was gutted by tire a>> 5 a.m. The stock was insured in the Victoria Company for £225. The building: was owned by Mrs f\ Coffcy, and insured in the New Zealand office for £500. . ■•■
