BOARD OF EDUCATION.

Till ordinary meeting of the Board of Education was held on Friday afternoon, when

there were present t Messrs Upton (in the chair), Lennox, Udy, Luke and Carr. The Chairman's Eepobt, as read, dealt with an amount of detail work that had been done during the past week, as instructed by the Board. . . There would also be repairs and other items to provide for that the Committee could nob exactly .estimate; ' They, however, estimated thac £70 would 'be required to balance up ab the end of the year.
