Thames, this day. THAMES HARBOUR BOARD. At the meeting of the Harbour Board yesterday afternoon the following resolution was carried :—" That owing to the curtailment of the limits of the Port of Thames, and the consequent reduction in the Board's revenue, it is unable to pay the coupons which become due on the Ist inst., on money lent by Government from the Post Offica Department, and therefore Government must be prepared to accept the responsibility." THAMES POLICE COURT. James Kay, a Chinaman, was to-day-sentenced to five weeks imprisonment in Mt. Eden for iarcsny. Three lads named! Geo. Williams, Wm. Bestick, and F. Moran t were each fined 16s for disturbing a meet* ing of the " Salvation Army." ;
