THE VESSEL PULL OF WATER.

New Plymouth, this day.
The s.s. Hawea, with passengers from the Manukau, struck while entering New Plymouth harbour this morning.
The vessel is now full of water, having filled very rapidly; and she is in such a position that there is no chance of getting her off.
The crew and passengers have all been
landed in safety,
