Wellington, this day. A LIFE SAVING APPLIANCE. An exhibition of Captain All man'a patent life raft took place today before a good number of persons. The raft was considered by nautical men to be highly satisfactory. FOG AT WELLINGTON. The s.s. Kanieristarted last nightforßlcnheim, and after dodging about twelve hours came back to the wharf. It is dwubtful if any steameis will get out to-day, as the fog is still very thick at the Heads.
