G. N. Brassey. —In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act and its amendments, and of George Nathaniel Brassey, Mr Campbell moved that disallowance of proof of debt of Herbert Charles Hanchard b« reversed, and that the Official Assignee ba directed to admit the same. The application was adjourned till the first sitting of tho Bankruptcy Court, to be held by Judge Gillies after his return from the Court of Appeal.
Edward Lewis.—Mr Hesketh moved re Edward Lewis (a bankrupt) that the proof of debt of Constantino Baron de Winter, of France, trading as A. Burgand Guittard, be admitted.—Granted.
