T i tames, this day. The application of Messrs Wright and Bedford for a prospecting claim at Purir has been adjourned until the Bth December. At the Warden's Court yesterday the following applications were granted :— J. H. Witheford, Consuls licenedholding ; Charles Curtis, permission to contract a water race and occupy a machine site at Peel's Creek, Maritoto. Maritoto Township. Mr Percy Smith has been instructed to proceed with the work of surveying the site for a townshifj at Maritoto, near the junction of Major Peel's and the Maritoto creeks.
