The annual flower service in connection with St. George's Sunday School took place in the Church yesterday, there being a large
attendance,

It is probable the suggestion of the Warden, that the miners should hold a public meeting to consider the present Mining Act and forward amendments to Parliament, will be adopted.
A man named Johnstone was thrown from a horse yesterday afternoon and was badly hurt. One of his arms is fractured near the shoulder. He has been brought to the Hospital.
