The question of the license granted to the Jubilee Hotel at Newmarket was before Mr Justice Ward at the Supreme Court today, when a writ of certiorari was issued. The effect is to bring the proceedings of the Newmarket Licensing Bencli before the Supreme Court, when an application -will be made to quash them.
