PRETENDER TO THE FRENCH THRONE.
[reuter's telegram.]
London, July 3.,—The Comte de Paris, on landing at Jersey, was received with enthusiastic cries of Vive lc Roi. It is expected that the French Ambassador at London will lodge a complaint against the English Government allowing the Count to carry on intrigue, and virtually hold a French Court in a portion of the British dominions, whither his adherents can go and return daily.
